How many passengers and bags fit in the taxi?
Vehicles seat up to 6 passengers. Enter the number of large suitcases and trolleys in the booking form.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes. You can select a booster or child seat in the calculator, and availability is confirmed before booking.
Is a flight number required for an airport pick-up?
Yes. A flight number is required for every pick-up from Ben Gurion Airport, including a one-way booking, so the arrival can be tracked. When both directions are booked, each direction is shown as a separate booking with a separate price.
How do I pay for the trip?
Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the trip. You can pay in cash or by Bit.
How late can I cancel without a fee?
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the fare, and a no-show without cancellation is charged 100% of the fare. For airport pickups, a tracked flight delay is not treated as a no-show when the correct flight number was provided.
